- securing permission for a 112 bed student accommodation hall within Birmingham;
- change of use of various sites throughout the country to vehicle rental centres for 'Thrifty Car and Van Rental';
- planning permission for a Local Needs 'exception' house within a Warwickshire village;
- planning permission for extension to the clubhouse at Lichfield Golf and Country Club;
- planning and listed building consent for a significant extension to a listed building within Warwick District;
- achieving consent for the expansion of a haulage yard within the West Midlands Green Belt;
- gaining planning permission for numerous 'village infill' developments within local villages;
- securing Class Q Permitted Development consents for residential conversion of various rural buildings;
- winning a planning appeal for an extension of opening hours for a car valeting centre within a predominantly residential area;
- winning an appeal for a Certificate of Lawful Development confirming that a large outbuilding would constitute Permitted Development; and
