Hancock Town Planning was asked to undertake a Strategic Planning Review of a client's landholdings and noted that, contrary to initial appearances, a parcel of land being used for caravan storage did not fall within the defined Green Belt boundary.  As such, the land was potentially suitable for residential redevelopment.

HTP subsequently undertook pre-application discussions with the planning authority and managed a multi-disciplinary team in the preparation and submission of a planning application for 12 dwellings at the site, for which consent was granted in 2018.
