Hancock Town Planning was founded by Joel Hancock in 2004.  Joel is a chartered town planner with almost 30 years experience in planning, gained in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to founding HTP, Joel managed numerous successful development control projects including schemes for up to 500 dwellings, securing planning consent for the residential redevelopment of former industrial sites, and negotiating complex development proposals within the Green Belt.

Since setting up HTP, Joel has worked on a variety of schemes, both large and small, and attaches great importance to giving clear and honest advice in a friendly and approachable manner.

Rob Lavers provides Hancock Town Planning with a full architectural and design service to support planning applications, when appropriate.  Rob is an experienced chartered architect who has held a number of senior posts in both the public and private sectors and has provided architectural support for many of HTP planning applications.

Hancock Town Planning is also very pleased to provide specialist town planning advice working with, and for, a variety of other architectural practices.
