Recent projects undertaken by HTP include:

- securing planning permission for redevelopment of a former coalyard in Ryton-on-Dunsmore to provide 14 houses;

- winning planning permission for residential redevelopment of canal-side site in Warwick;

- securing planning permission for changes of use for numerous properties across the country to children's day nurseries;

- successful quashing of Enforcement Notice requiring demolition of unauthorised works in Coventry;

- achieving consent for redevelopment proposals in the Green Belt, including the expansion of a haulage yard and new office development;

- gaining planning permission for significant extension to listed building in Warwick; and

- removal of restrictive holiday let condition on property in North Warwickshire.
